End of the Year Party Supply Pick Up: Tuesday 5/25 7:45-8:30am. 

If other pick-up times need to be made for later that day, please call the office to make those arrangements. 

End of the Year Party:

We will also have our End of the Year Celebration on the last day of school (half day) on Wednesday 5/26 from 10:00-10:45am over Zoom.

Leaving TCE Technology Drop Off: Families may drop off their learner's iPad & Charger to TCE on Thursday 5/27 or Friday 5/28- please call the office upon arrival. If you would like to drop it off during the last few days of school, please ensure that your learner has a personal device to log into our final day's Zooms. 

GoMath & Science ThinkUP! Textbooks: All learners should be coming home with two textbooks that we used content from this year. The learners have these textbooks to keep at home, and no additional work is required from us on our end.

Virtual Student's STAAR Tests will be Tues. 5/18 & Wed. 5/19. As a reminder, we have asked remote parents to drop learners off in the loop between 7:40-7:50am in the side loop.  Same loop will be used for pick up at 12:15pm.  

All face-to-face learners will work remotely for both Tues. & Wed.

Yearbooks: If you are a virtual student who ordered a yearbook, you will be given your yearbook during the STAAR test days next week. If you did not order a yearbook, be advised that there are a very limited amount left to order through the front office.

Action Item for All Parents - Returning School Enrollment

CISD is excited to welcome your child back to the district for the 2021-2022 school year and our continued partnership in the educational journey of your child. All returning families are required to enroll each year. You should have received an email from PowerSchool with a “snapcode” on April 27th. If you did not, please email input@coppellisd.com and request your code. We encourage families to fill this out as soon as possible to confirm enrollment for the next school year. This will secure your child's spot at Town Center for the coming year and help us finalize staffing needs.

End of the Year Conferences 

         As we enter the last nine weeks, I want to be sure you know that we're here if you have any questions or if you would like to touch base about your son/daughter's progress. By now you've had a chance to view the third nine weeks report card, winter MAP assessments, and the Open House Keynote. If you have any questions, we would like to extend the offer to speak with your learner's teacher via phone call or Zoom. This is completely OPTIONAL, and we will be sending an informational sheet home next week with details for keeping learning going throughout the summer with book and educational app suggestions. Additionally, if you are reading this and thinking, " I don't know where to find those things," we are happy to send some reminders. We know this has been year a year like no other, and some information might have gotten lost in the shuffle. We want to make sure you feel good about how your son/daughter is finishing 4th grade. Please reach out to your learner's teacher with any questions.
